One Day All This Will Be Yours, Adrian Tchaikovsky. Actually I read this one last week and forgot to blog it. Traumatized misanthropic time traveler has fun and finds love. Strange but sometimes fun.

Shards of Earth, Adrian Tchaikovsky. Still space opera. Hasn't been supper grabby, haven't read much this week.

The Blue Castle, L. M. Montgomery. Reminded of this by troisoiseaux -- it is still delightful wish-fulfillment.

The Blue Castle is SUCH a delight. Out of curiosity, did you originally read it as a child?

No, I read it first sometime in the last decade (I think I first heard about it from Robin McKinley's blog).
