Wednesday book logic
7 October 2020 21:35The Memory of Souls, Jenn Lyons. I finished this! It really did pick up in the last 150 pages or so, when the storylines converged. Protagonists are coming to realize that an OT3 could solve all their relatonship problems, but have bigger issues in their lives right now.
Fire Logic, Laurie J. Marks. Read this over the weekend, for book club. Still not quite sure what to make of it, but generally liked it, and will read the next book in the series at some point.
A Deadly Education, Naomi Novik. A new Naomi Novik, yay! Super-dystopian magical school with some fun worldbuilding. Only about a third of the way through, but will see where it goes. Protagonist is rather grouchy, if for understandable reasons. Reminds me a bit of Marie Brennan's Lies and Prophecy.
