Siege and Storm, Leigh Bardugo -- the first half of this book was exciting with surprise! pirates, the second half was more angsty and love-polygon-y.
Ruin and Rising, Leigh Bardugo -- last book of the trilogy, I've just started it, so far a reasonable ratio of action to angst.
Cymbeline, William Shakespeare. Readaloud (the second time we've done this play during the pandemic) -- it's fun watching new people discover the plot of this one. It's a good play, long, but just *so much happens*, and the language is good -- well, apart from the ghosts who speak in ballad meter, still don't know what to make of them, but it's just a short WTF episode. Posthumus is kind of useless, but everyone else in the play makes up for it.
