Cytonic by Brandon Sanderson. Third book in a series, and, like the second book, was not really what I was expecting, and the early bits were a bit "adventure with two annoying sidekicks". Liking it better as we see more character snow -- I am enjoying this series structure where in each book Spensa gets to know and bonds with a new team, though I wonder how the fourth book will pull everything together.

(Probably next up, after I finish this one, will be the last two Alex Verus books? Though A says that the series ending is not the most satisfying and has kind of a troll.)
