landofnowhereNetwork Effect by Martha Wells. Finally finished this! Yay AIs having feelings and interpersonal relationships! The ending sets up lots of potential for future installments, which I will look forward to.
Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir. Time for some Space Necromancer Hunger Games -- or whatever this is! Not that far in yet, but enjoying the atmosphere (even if it's occasionally icky). I'm not sure I understand why this world has space necromancers -- maybe this will be explained later, or maybe it's just the author having fun.
